At Ever After Baby Co, we take great care to ensure every item we send is of the highest quality. Please read our policy before making your purchase.
Personalised Items
All personalised product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes on personalised items unless they are faulty.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This includes situations where you:
- changed your mind,
- found the product cheaper elsewhere, or
- decided you no longer like or need the item.
However, we can offer:
- an exchange for another item of the same value, or if greater, we will charge the difference (subject to availability), or
- a credit note for the item value.
Before Returning Your Item
Please Email us before sending your item back so we can assess your request and provide the correct return instructions.
- Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery, based on courier tracking.
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.
- For hygiene reasons, teethers, dummies, feeding accessories, or hair accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.
Returned items will be assessed upon arrival. If an item does not meet our return criteria, it will be returned to you at your expense.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at via Email and include:
- a clear photo of the fault,
- a photo of the packaging it arrived in, and
- your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer one of the following:
- a replacement,
- a repair, or
- a full refund (only if it cannot be repaired or replaced).
Note: Under ACCC guidelines, if a fault is minor, we may repair or replace the item before offering a refund. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care.
Sale Items
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes on sale items for incorrect choice or change of mind.
Returns Process and Shipping
- Items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
- Please ensure items are securely packaged for return. We are not responsible for damage that occurs in transit due to inadequate packaging.
- We strongly recommend using tracked postage.
- We cannot provide a refund, credit, or exchange for items lost in transit.
Please allow up to 5–7 business days for returns to be processed once received.
