Shipping policy

We ship all orders via Australia Post using Regular Parcel Post. If you would like to upgrade to Express Post, please contact us before placing your order for a quote.

Processing & Dispatch

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1 business day before being dispatched. A second email will follow with your Australia Post tracking number.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday between 9am and 4:30pm. Delivery can take up to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate Shipping: $12 Australia-wide.
• Free Shipping: Orders over $200.

Express Post

Need your order in a hurry? Contact us at info@everafterbabyco.com.au before ordering and we can arrange an Express Post upgrade and quote for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you can use your Australia Post tracking number to monitor your delivery. If your parcel is delayed, please contact us at info@everafterbabyco.com.au.

Delivery

If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If you’re not linked to a MyPost account, a card will be left with collection instructions.
